Scrubber systems are a group of control devices that can be used for cleaning and dusting the exhaust air discharged in industrial facilities, for the absorption of gaseous toxic substances. They can also be used for heat recovery of hot gases condensed in the flue gas.
Distillation systems are the separation process that allows obtaining mixtures rich in more volatile components by heating a mixture containing two or more components and forming vapor and liquid phases. Distillation is one of the most used methods, especially in the purification and separation of organic compounds. If more heat is given to a liquid at its boiling point, the temperature of the liquid does not increase, the heat given causes the liquid to turn into vapor. The temperature remains constant until the liquid has completely evaporated. With this method, liquids with different vapor pressures can be separated from each other.
